Conceptforall.com is an online shopping site which is operated by Concept For All (MA0168403-H) and was registered under the Malaysia Government. The selling activities are bound to Malaysia law and illegal products are strictly prohibited in this site.

Purchase

By making a purchase, you are not allowed to refund or cancel the order. You will receive the item by our appointed courier within the given time frame. All items came with a tracking number which you can track the status.

Defect return

Defect product is subjected to exchange within 7 days of item arrival. Buyer is required to first consult our customer service, and then post back the defective item to the operating address as stated above and the cost of shipping is bear by buyer. Next, we will send the new item to you.

However, the exchange item must free from wash and in UNWORN & UNALTERED condition with all tags attached. Full packaging is required for exchange unless stated otherwise. Exchange is subjected to stock availability. In the case of out of stock or product discontinued, we reserve the right to refund, replace with other products, or reject the exchange.

Exchange

Size exchange is acceptable for most of the products. Exchange does not cover those products which are reduced to clear. It must be done within 7 days from the item arrival date. RM8 surcharge will be incurred per time of exchange. You are required to post back the item to the operating address as stated above and the cost of shipping is bear by the buyer. Next, we will send the new item to you.

Clearance item

Clearance items are the products that we are intended to clear at a low price. These items are not subject to defect return and exchange due to the stock availability limit. However, we will make sure the item is free from defects before we sent it to you.

Conceptforall.com employs two encrypted secure online payment gateway to receive payment from customers. The default gateway is MOLPay (MOLPay is a Joint Venture between MOL and NetBuilder and now known as Razer), mainly for Malaysian customers. This gateway provides various choice of payment methods such as local bank online transfer, credit or debit card, MEPs, FPX, Alipay, etc. The second gateway is the world-famous gateway, Paypal. Anyone with or without a Paypal account can pay us by Paypal.

Warranty

The buyer is required to first consult our customer service, and then post back the item to the operating address as stated above, and the cost of shipping is bear by the buyer. Next, we will provide a repair service under the warranty period. The returning shipping from us to the buyer is bear by us.
